Murad Saleh, is the founder and the visionary behind our leading landscape company Green Gardenia Landscaping. He is a distinguished entrepreneur and leader with a rich background in operations, construction, real estate investment, and business development across the UAE and Europe. With over 15 years of experience, Murad has led a prominent investment firm to notable growth, concentrating on Landscaping, strategic real estate projects, and the nurturing of startups. His expertise in providing comprehensive consultancy services, ranging from startup management to financial strategy, showcases his ability to leverage market opportunities.

Aida El Shahabi

Group CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Behavior from the American University of Beirut bringing over a decade of operational experience in Lebanon and UAE. Overseeing operations across multiple group companies including Green Gardenia Landscaping LLC, a full-service landscaping company that covers, the design, construction, and maintenance of residential and commercial projects.

An Astute Professional and Team Leader with over 23 Years of Multilevel Experience in GCC; Previously Handled major landscape Construction roles like Deputy General Manager, Operations Manager, PMO & Quality Assurance Director, Head of Asset Management, Technical Manager, Projects Manager, Maintenance Manager and Plant Production Engineer during Career Progression while working for the biggest Landscape, Hardscape, Infrastructure and Farming construction companies in GCC.

A Very Well Organized, Multitasking, Well Motivated and Dynamic Engineer Having the insight to recognize opportunities and challenges as well as having the ability to realign team and company resources to deal with changes and deliver results under Pressure but still being Flexible and a Good Friend to the Team.

Mohammad Al Rosan

HEAD OF DESIGN

Graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Jordan and embarked on a journey of over 11 years of experience with a diverse range of expertise in architecture, interior, urban, and landscape design.

Specialized and well-versed in Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use projects of large scale all over the GCC Area inclusive of UAE, KSA, and Qatar.

Capable of handling small to large-scale projects of different functions and aesthetics from Concept to IFC phases, inclusive of coordinating with all related trades, consultants, specialists, contractors, and all other parties. Capable of handling and leading teams and managing production and deliverables in timely and cost-effective methods.
